With today's technology, you can help design the home of your dreams! Using state-of-the-art computerized design systems, our architectural staff and design consultants can help you create the home of your dreams. And with our special CAD (computer aided design) program, you can even take a 3-D "virtual walk" through your new house even before it's built! For some residents, customization is as simple as selecting fixtures and materials. For others, moving walls or adding a special room makes all the difference in the world. In such cases, our standard floor plans serve only as a starting point from which YOU can design a home that truly meets all of your needs. Our "Custom Home Program" does require a little advance planning (we like to allow 180 days), but it is ideal for those who want to be involved in the creative process of designing and building their new home! |
